Tom & Christine Dempster - October 2011 - Peyia Villa Sunrise
The climate in October is perfect for either a totaly relaxed holiday or for a more energetic golfing break. The golf will have to wait for our next trip in Feb 2012.The Villa is now a home from home with furnishings and finishings well above the normal holiday accomodation.Cyprus is so relaxed that I can see why so many people move to live away from the Britsh climate. It's simply a must to visit and stay in five star comfort.
Karen Viall - October 2011 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
Fantastic holiday, weather was lovely & warm for October.
Apartment was excellent, spacious, close to the main road where the bars, restaurants and bus routes are. Clean, great views, standard was very high. Great having 2 bathrooms, helped out greatly. Highly recommend to my friends, family or anybody (",)
John Morrison - October 2011 - Peyia Villa Sunrise
October is a great month, dry with average temps around 28C and quiet. We love the many and varied eating options, several in Peyia and just down the hill; Coral Bay has so many and most of them really good as well as very different, the harbour at Paphos (follow signes to "Kato Paphos" is great to visit for an evening meal or just a drink. Tried Poppadums Indian restaurant on main road towards Paphos, 15 mins from the villa on the left, very good.
Simply put "excellent". Our third visit so we get "comfortable" in this super villa very quickly. Added this year, a water cooler, how convenient is that and healthy!!If you can find a better place to relax, with better views than the roof terrace here, I would be surprised. Thanks Derek/Allan.
alan - October 2011 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
a very nice time
no problems with the apartment it was done out to a high standard and was large enough to serve our purpose and was within walking distance from shops and bars etc i would recommend it to anybody
Billy & Theresa - August 2011 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
We were two couples staying in this apartment and found it great. There was plently of space and having two bathrooms meant we were never getting in each others way. It is really well decorated, clean and comfortable. There was a great welcome pack - some bread, coffee, tea, milk, water - to get us started. The pool was lovely and the whole complex was very clean and safe.
It is located just a few minutes walk from a great stretch of bars and restaurants, within walking distance to the old town and harbour, and there were bus stops really close by for when we didn't feel like walking anymore! We will certainly be going back!
Mrs C Foy - August 2011 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
We stayed for one week at B206 in August at Royal Seacrest. The apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed. Really appreciated the welcome pack waiting for us on arrival.
Complex has 2 large pools and a childrens pool and had plenty of sun loungers. There is even a gym within the complex. Apartment is a 2min walk to excellent restaurants, bars and other facilites. Bus service great and cheap. The locals are very friendly. I loved it there and cant wait to go back next year!
Mr A Pressello - July 2011 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
First class - the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. This rental was absolutely first class. The apartment is on the top floor of the Royal Seacrest complex and was spotlessly clean with new furniture and a well equipped kitchen. My family and I would recommend this rental to anyone. There are air conditioning units in each room, but because the apartment is on the top floor we just opened all the windows to allow the constant breeze off the Mediterranean to keep the place nice and cool. There are two pools in the development which we used every day. The apartment comes with extra towels for the pool and even extra lounge chairs in case all of the loungers are taken. This was not an issue during our stay but it's just an example of the owner's thoughtfulness.
The complex is set back off of the main drag, so it's a short walk across an open field to get to several good restaurants. At the same time, it's far enough away that the noise from the strip isn't an issue. We rented a car which was convenient for shopping and day trips, but we noticed many people just walked down to the main street and took the bus. Sitting out on the balcony on our last night in Paphos, we all agreed that choosing this apartment was the key to an excellent family vacation.
M Blacklock - July 2011 - Peyia Villa Sunrise
Just thought I'd let you know that we are home now! We had a very relaxed week. Your villa is absolutely beautiful in every way - there was nothing bad we could say about a thing. Everything you need plus more. It really was a home from home experience which is perfect when holidaying with young children
We left the place as we found it, you would never know we were there!. We will no doubt be returning in the future
Dan Pettigrew - June 2011 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
Just back from a week in the apartment at Royal Seacrest (apt B206) with my mate. The location of the apartment is absolutely superb, extremely handy for local food places, would highly recommend the Italian restaurant, Duomo, and the Thai/Chinese restaurant, Phuket, both of which are within a five minute walk. A hangover-curing KFC is even closer! Being in our early 20s we spent the majority of our holiday either by the pool which, during the summer months is perfect temperature, or down at Bar Street (which is about a 30 minute walk away, or an 8 euro taxi fare). Deals on Bar Street were incredible, 2 Magners, 2 Coronas and 2 shots for 12 euros in Flairs was amongst the best going! Due to location, I'd suggest that the apartment is ideal for people who still want to be far enough away from the main nightlife spots to be able to get a good night's sleep!
Sunrise Cyprus even organised for our collection at the airport and the driver was very helpful by giving us a mini-guide on places to go and places to eat, and they organised for us to stay at the villa on the first night as the apartment was already occupied! Will definitely try to get back at some point in the near future, especially if we get a similar last minute deal for flights like this year - £150 return from Glasgow makes it a bit of a no brainer!
Gary Harrison - June 2011 - Peyia Villa Sunrise
It was fantastic. My first time in Cyprus, my wife and I loved the island and will definitely be back soon.
The villa was excellent. Very quiet and peaceful and it contained everything we needed. Highly recommended.
Joe Carty - June 2011 - Peyia Villa Sunrise
We have just returned from Cyprus and we had the most fabulous time ever. We booked only a fortnight before we were due to leave and as we both have never visited Cyprus before we were really excited. the reason for the holiday was to have a complete rest and that was exactly what we did . we only did 2 sightseeings and the rest of the time was at the villa and swimming in the pool or sunbathing on the roof terrace.
The villa was more than we expected, spotless, tastefully decorated and with the fridge being filled with bread & milk. Comfortable and easy to feel at home in. We hopefully plan to return soon
Verity Ross - April 2011 - Peyia Villa Sunrise
I had a great time in the villa as I always do going to the apartment in July which i am really looking forward to. Highly Recommend !
The property was lovely and clean.
The Hardingham Family - April 2011 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
Just wanted to say that the apartment at Royal Seacrest was super. It was situatd in a great location with a lovely pool area. The apartment was much larger than we expected, beautifully kept, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The pool towels were an unexpected godsend as I forgot to pack mine! The directions from Paphos airport were very easy to follow and the restaurant recommendations were first class, with trattoria la vigna being our absolute favourite.
We booked a hire car through the site and this process was very straight forward and proved very competetive. The whole process from start to finish was very simple and stress free.
James & Lesley McGuire - February 2011 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
From start to finish this holiday was made all the more special due to the well planned accommodation as well as the owners of the apartment at Royal Seacrest organising our airport transfers, which was a bonus. The driver Graeme was very helpful. Restaurants and bars are just a five minute walk away, although time of year meant that some were still closed, however still plenty of choice, recommend DUOMO's restaurant for a steak (MAGIC). Having a small child there is an indoor tenpin bowling and childrens play area which serves food and drinks near by, named Cosmic World. The swimming pool and jaccuzi was great however a bit cold but our 18mth old daughter loved it. Although the weather could have been better, bearing in mind that this was February, we still managed to come home with a decent tan!
The property was excellent, very clean and well thought out. Everything you would need, very much a home from home. We really appreciated the welcome pack of milk, bread, butter, jams, tea &coffee etc. Looking forward to a return visit, hopefully next year.
Stuart & Alison Croft - November 2010 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
We could not believe the fantastic weather in early November, shorter days but still in the mid 20's so just right for a family holiday. We spent most days on the beach at Coral Bay which is just a short bus ride away, the bus service is great, you never have to wait more than 10 minutes for one and they only charge 1 euro per adult wherever you go, it was so easy. The main strip of restaurants and bars was just a five minute walk away, there were many places to eat and drink and the locals just loved the children. Our favourite was Fat Mammas, lovely food with massive portions, order the small choice unless you are starving! The waiters and waitresses sang between service and at 9 each night they put on a little show, the children loved it. The property itself was lovely, really just like being at home, there was a main bathroom with bath and shower above and an en suite in the main bedroom, the rooms were bigger than we have at home, the shower in the ensuite was massive and the pressure was really good, not like in some hotels where you really notice if someone else is having a shower too! The kitchen had everything you could need in it, a washing machine which is great if you have small children, all the mod cons and we really appreciated the welcome pack of milk, bread, butter, jams, coffee etc.
The pool was spotless and cleaned every day but a little cool this time of the year. The balcony was a lovely place to be in the morning as the sun came up over the apartments, a lovely way to start your day with breakfast in the sun. We have a two year old and although the balcony does have bars you do need to watch children as he would pull up a chair and stand on it, all common sense though. The lovely people from Sunrise Cyprus (thanks guys) even organised our airport transfers and they guy was so helpful, he even took us on a little detour to the harbour to show us all the good places to go if we wanted cheap cigarettes, wine, etc and where to exchange your money at a good rate. It is worth taking sterling and changing it there at the moment as the exchange rate over here is only around 1.06 and there it is 1.13, the difference will pay for a glass of wine or two! I would definitely recommend the apartment, we are already looking at going back again next year and have very fond memories of Cyprus and the Seacrest apartment.
Stuart Black - November 2010 - Peyia Villa Sunrise
Just a note to express my gratitude for the villa last week - absolutely superb! Loved the place so much we WILL be going back - hopefully next April for our 30th wedding anniversary. I will contact you once I check holiday dates with son & daughter!
Tony & Karen - November 2010 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
One the hottest Novembers in the last 50 years so the locals told us. Locals nice and friendly and recommended lots of places to visit, one was Coral Bay which was only 10 minute bus journey. Lovely beach to sit and relax. Some fantastic eating places, Duomo and a new place which opened when we were there called D&T's sunset bar.
The apartment was clean and spacious with two large swimming pools within the complex. Great location close to local restaurants and bars.
Cathy Kennedy - October 2010 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
Just back 10 days ago from a fab holiday in apartment at sea crest - everything was catered for and more! Immaculate living space; all mod cons and comfortable surroundings, beautiful pool area again spotless!
Plenty of sun loungers and handy for shops and restaurants, harbour was picturesque - we went on the 6 hour boat trip would recommend it to anyone. Have fallen in love with Cyprus and the people, the sun shone everyday hope to return again
Anne Good - October 2010 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
Fantastic chilled out week in the sun, great location with plenty to do if you really wanted, excellent if you just wanted to sit out on balcony or by the poolside and enjoy the peace and quiet and relaxation in the sun. Close to all amenities and a 10 min journey from the beautiful harbour of Paphos. Fabulous boat cruises around the bays.
Apartment was beautiful, immaculate, all mod cons, everything that you could possibly need at hand. Stayed in villa last year and apartment this and both were ideally situated for all your holiday desires whether it be relaxing in the sun or taking in some of the Cyprus culture. Highly recommended!
Eric & Hazel Gunning - Sept 2010 - Peyia Villa Sunrise
Very enjoyable holiday.
Excellent property- very clean, very modern with everything we could possibly need. Lovely pool and sitting areas.
The location is nice and quiet apart from a demented cockeral somewhere. Just the right distance from shops etc. Nice view of the sea from the roof terrace.
There are plenty of nice places to eat in the village and in Coral Bay.
Sean & Davina Jones - Sept 2010 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
Fantastic holiday. We have been looking forward to a week relaxing in the sun for some time, and the week at the Pahphos apartment lived up to all our expectations.
Apartment is excellent, with everything you need provided. (including UK 3 pin sockets, so no need for an adaptor)Excellent large balcony, perfect for chilling with a glass or 2 (or 3!) of wine.
The apartment is ideally situated. Whilst only a short stroll to the Tomb of the Kings road and all the bars and restaurants, its far enough away from the action to enjoy peace and quiet around the pool.
We hired a car for a couple of days and saw some of the Island, which was great. However, if you dont want to drive, the location of the apartment (and the good bus service) meant that a car was entirely optional This was our first time in Cyprus, but it wont be our last. I have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to friends and colleagues, and we are looking forward to visiting again soon.
Jimmy & Kirsteen - Sept 2010 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
Great holiday! Weather was hot & sunny.
The apartment was really good. Modern comfortable & clean. The welcome pack (Milk, bread, tea etc.& beer!!) was a nice touch especially as we got there late at night.
The complex was well kept and was only a short walk from a mix of shops, bars & restaurants which are all on a main bus route. Plenty of car hire choice as well.
The pool area was great. Spotlessly clean, well laid out, plenty of loungers & shades- all we needed for a relaxing holiday!
Billy & Theresa Foy - Sept 2010 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
Just back from our second holiday at the apartment in Paphos, we had a brilliant time. So good to see the sun shining every day!
The apartment is beautiful, and very spacious,it is spotless, with all mod cons. Love the balcony, great to get up in the morning and chill there with breakfast, or to sit at night with a wee refreshment!
Only minutes walk to Kings Road, where there are loads of restaurants, shops and bars, and a regular bus service costing only one euro to anywhere in Paphos. Recommend a visit to Coral Bay, the beach is brilliant, the sea is so clear, and lovely and warm for swimming
We love Paphos, and have enjoyed the last two years at the apartment, we will definetly go back
Emma McCarron - August 2010 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
All back home safe and sound but just wanted to say thanks very much again for the use of the apartment!
We really enjoyed it and it had everything we needed-the air con was fantastic! Great apartment in a great spot.
Halfway through our week a friend of the boys from school appeared by the pool- they were in apartment 205 next door!! Had no idea they were going to Cyprus-small world eh?!
Thanks also for arranging for Graham to collect us and take us back to the airport, was much better than trying to sort a taxi.
max mcguire - July 2010 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
i am 7 and my holiday was "fantastic!"I loved jumping into the pool.
very neat apartment to stay in.
i liked looking in all the gift shops in Kings Rd.my favourite restaurant was Casa Mexicana.my favourite was chicken nuggets!
im really hoping to go back one day.
Hannah Mcguire - July 2010 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
as a 12 year old, i found my holiday in cyprus brilliant with lots of fun activities to do. my favourite thing we did was the half day heaven cruise as well as a trip to the waterpark.
i found the apartment very homely and comfortable. i loved playing in the pools-spending most of my day there having fun.
i loved browsing in the many souvenier shops and just along from fat mamas(one of our favourite places to eat)was a great little pick'n'mix and ice-cream shop which my little brother and i loved! we also loved visiting the harbour(there was lots to see including a characaturist!) and coral bay was amazing there was lots to do and we hired a pedalo with a slide attached!
i also loved eating in casa mexicana as everything was so tasty and the KFC was good after a long day at the waterpark! we had a fabulous holiday and hope to go back some day! :D
Gary & Elaine Houlton - July 2010 - Peyia Villa Sunrise
We had an absolutely fantastic holiday - one of the most relaxed we've ever had. Cyprus is a really chilled out island and you can't help but immediately relax.
Having the villa helped us relax even more. No need to be out of your room for 10am like most apartments and hotels. Here you can do whatever you want. Get up when you want, eat when you want, swim when you want. It really was a home from home (except we don't have a pool!!). The rooms are fresh, modern, clean and comfortable. The indoor and outdoor living spaces are perfect.
We really liked Peyia. It was nice to stay somewhere a little quieter than the main resorts. That said, there is loads to do in Coral Bay and Paphos. We especially liked the water sports available on Coral Bay beach. There are lots of restaurants to choose from. Our favourite was an italian taverna at the end of the Coral Bay strip.
Make sure you spend at least one evening in Paphos. The atmosphere there was amazing and the seafood at the marina was fantastic.
W McGuire - July 2010 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
Fantastic 2 week stay at the Apartment.
Immaculate, clean and modern.
Excellent, short 5 min walk to Tomb of the Kings Rd, host of bars and restaurants, Duomo and Casa Mexicana being our particular favourites.
Beach at Coral Bay worth a visit, as is the Paphos Waterpark. Went on the Half Day Heaven Cruise aboard the luxurious Ocean Flyer. Well worth the trip. Cost wise, you'll get a beer for €1.80, 3 course dinner for €10 which is cheaper than we imagined. Overall, a great base, weather & accom.
John Morrison - June 2010 - Peyia Villa Sunrise
Second time as good as the first back in October.
This time we were joined by daughter, son-in-law and 9 month old granddaughter. 3 bedrooms, loads of space for 5 of us. Excellent!
We love Peyia. Village atmosphere, everything within walking distance and great beaches within 10 min drive. Paphos 20 mins away good shopping and super harbour.
Swimming pool was the saviour as temps increased quickly into high 30s. Pool warmed up very quickly compared to the cool water of October...having said that October weather was wonderful 28 degrees blue skies!
Frank Foy & Family - May 2010 - Peyia Villa Sunrise
Overall experience of holiday was first class, villa really was a home from home with absolutely every item you would require on a day to basis.
Property was spotlessly clean as you would expect with all modern conveniences and very handy for the local Peyia amenities.Pool great for the kids and BBQ was excellent also.
Peyia is a great village with all amenities / shopping facilities that you need for your stay. We couldn`t get enough of `The Grande`, really relaxing pub / restaurant with great external courtyard to sit in. Kids kept busy with the Internet Cafe they have at very reasonable priices. Family owned who are genuinely pleased for your custom and make you feel very welcome indeed.
Can`t wait to return sums it up!
Mrs M Foy - May 2010 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
We had a great time.
The apartment is a spotless, modern property with all you need. Lovely balcony overlooking pools with lift to all floors inc roof terrace for a spot of more private sunbathing.
A 5 min leisurely walk to bus stop taking you to the harbour with a great shopping area. Also Coral bay in opposite direction with a great beach and facilities
There are plenty of pubs & restaurants to pick from but one we enjoyed best was Fat Mamas with a great cabaret
Max - May 2010 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
The holiday was brief but very enjoyable. We were in Paphos for a wedding.
The property was clean, airy and had everything we needed. It was also very good value.
The area was quiet, but only a few minutes walk from the busy Tomb of the Kings Road. So ideal for our needs.
Bob and May - May 2010 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
We had a great holiday at the apartment.
As this was our second visit, the apartment was,as before, very good in every way.
The complex was a little busier but created a very good atmosphere.it was still a very relaxing place to be at this time of year.
The weather was terrific 'wall to wall sunshine'every day, and very pleasant in the evenings. We are looking forward to our next visit.
Lorraine Ferguson - December 2009 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
Our holiday was a working one!!
We stayed in the apartment and the property was fantastic. It is great for space and very comfortable and slept the 4 of us plus a 2yr old very well. All mod cons, very nicely decorated. The pool area is great also, we just did not get an opportunity to use it due to our weather. Gr8 location, short walk down to pubs and restaurants and an ice-cream parlour, a favourite of my sons!!
The surroundings of the apartment were nice also. The inlaws walked into Kato Paphos a few times, hitting a few bars on the way down I must add, sheltering from the rain was their excuse! We had dinner and take-away from some of the surrounding restaurants and further afield if you have transport. These were really good too.
We would recommend Poppadums Indian restaurant, 5-10mins heading in the direction for Coral Bay. I would definitely return to this apartment. Thank you
Bob and May - November 2009 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
Excellent and very relaxing.
The property is located in a residential area, and is well equipped with quality furnishings. It is near to a very good area for dining and wining, with a good choice and variety of restaurants. The pool area is first class.
There is a good bus service to Kato Paphos (harbour area) and Coral Bay (beach and quality restaurants). There is a back route (walkable) to the Old Town which has excellent shops, a market and restaurants. A tip, when going up to the old town, don't use the lift from the car park area, use the easy stair area.
We had a wonderful holiday and hopefully we will return to this lovely apartment soon.
Sheila Marshall - November 2009 - Peyia Villa Sunrise
We had a wonderful relaxing holiday. The weather was great-even at the end of November.
The villa was spacious and immaculate. It had wonderful views out to sea.
Peyia was lovely. We ate in the village tavern several times-the food was delicious, plentiful and cheap! We enjoyed the beach and the mountains. It's a great base for exploring the surrounding area.
We'll be back!
John Morrison - October 2009 - Peyia Villa Sunrise
We really loved this part of Cyprus, our first but not last visit - we have booked to go back to the villa in June!
Stayed at both properties and both quite different. Apartment had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and a nice sun terrace on the building roof. The Villa in Peyia has THE best sun terrace and views, stunning. Both properties are extremely well finished and furnished.
The apartment I would suggest is great for young families or couples as it has a great pool area and is a short walk to shops, restaurants and food stores. The Villa area, although hilly, is a beautiful Cypriot village with lovely restaurants / pubs. Need a car to get to the excellent beach and touristy (but nice) Coral Bay, 4 miles away, also with good water sports. Paphos old town has great shops and the harbour is delightful.
Easy transfer from the airport. Beaches are not great in Paphos with the very notable exception of Coral Bay. All in all, a great holiday location!
Jessica Gorman - October 2009 - Royal Seacrest Apartment
Fantastic apartment and fantastic location for our honeymoon - all mod cons and more, we both said how easily we could live here full time, short walk to bars, restaurants and shops and local bus service was excellent to get us down to the harbour or the beach at Coral Bay! Lots to see and do for all ages and the pool was lovely to sit round, we will definitely be back!
Brian McKee - October 2009 - Peyia Villa Sunrise
We were visiting Cyprus in October 2009 to attend the wedding of a family member in Paphos. A party of 22 family and friends descended on Paphos and Peyia. Feedback from our entire party was very positive and the Cyprus sun blessed us with fantastic weather which gave the Bride and Groom an excellent backdrop for their wedding.
Whilst the majority of our wedding party stayed at one of Paphos many luxurious hotels, my family and I decided to pursue the comfort and tranquility of the Peyia villa which overlooks Coral Bay. With two adults and two children aged 10 and 12 to satisfy, the villa had everything we could have asked for and more. The villa was spotless and had all the mod-cons as well as access to a swimming pool. All in all, the expectation created by the SunriseCyprus.com website delivered in spades.
The villa is within easy walking distance of the village which offers a wide range of bars and restaurants. Local supermakets had everything that we needed at reasonable prices. We hired a car for the week which turned out very cost effective and was essential for travelling to Paphos at our convenience.
The quality of service and personal care provided by Allan, Derek, and all at SunriseCyprus.com before, during and after our holiday really helped to make the holiday go smoothly, and I would strongly recommend SunriseCyprus to others.
C Kennedy - September 2009 - Peyia Villa Sunrise
My first time in Cyprus and I thought it was a fabulous place! The weather was great, we had a full week of sunshine, the people were very helpful and friendly and Peyia, Paphos and the surropunding areas were well kept and very clean. There was lots to do; plenty of good shops and restaurants to visit. Beach at Coral Bay was spotless, also had a fabulous day out on an all day boat trip...Singing dancing and eating! I am hoping to return later this year! :)
I stayed in the 3 bedroom luxury villa; it was superb! We had everything you could need for your stay and more. It was spacious and the pool was spotless and great for sunbathing and relaxing.
Hired a car to see more of Cyprus - views were fantastic! Beautiful scenery
Would recommend Cyprus in a heartbeat!
